Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to move with us. By purchasing a membership or class pack, you agree to the following terms:
A. MEMBERSHIP & CLASS PACK ELIGIBILITY
Memberships and class packs are available to individuals aged 18 years and older.
Minors under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's consent before attending classes.
Please contact hello@shoppilates.com.au to arrange a consent form if required.
B. MEMBERSHIP TERMS
1. Membership Inclusions
When you sign up, you’re purchasing a weekly membership that gives you access to a set number of classes per week (2, 3 or unlimited). These classes are reserved for your use only.
2. Billing & Payments
Memberships are billed weekly, on the same day each week.
Payment is processed via direct debit or card payment.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is up to date.
Failed payments may incur a small fee from our payment provider (not us!) and will be reattempted automatically.
3. Cancellations & Pausing Memberships
All memberships have a one-month (4 renewals) minimum commitment.
After the first month, you can cancel anytime with 5 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.
We offer unlimited membership pauses — with a minimum 1-week pause and 5 days’ prior notice.
Cancellations or pauses must be submitted via email (hello@shoppilates.com.au) or through your Momence account.
4. Make-ups & Rollover Policy (Memberships Only)
Unused membership classes will roll over for two additional weeks.
Rollover credits expire after 2 weeks and cannot be extended beyond that time.
5. Upgrades & Changes
You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch to a class pack anytime with 5 days’ notice.
C. CLASS PACK TERMS
10 and 20 class packs are valid for 6 months, and 50 and 100 class packs for 12 months from the date of first use.
Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expired classes cannot be reinstated or extended beyond the 12-month validity period.
Class bookings are subject to availability and must be reserved through Momence.
D. CANCELLATION POLICY (All Clients)
Please cancel any booked class at least 7 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Late cancellations (within 7 hours) or no-shows will result in the loss of that session:
If you are on a membership, the session will be deducted from your weekly allowance or rollover balance.
If you are on a class pack, the session will be deducted from your class pack balance.
Consistent late cancellations or no-shows may result in a small fee and may affect future booking privileges.
E. CODE OF CONDUCT & STUDIO VALUES
Shop Pilates is a respectful, inclusive space welcoming all bodies, backgrounds, and experiences.
Discrimination, harassment, and hate speech will not be tolerated.
Any behaviour undermining the safety, dignity, or inclusivity of others may result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of your membership or class pack without refund.
F. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in physical activity carries inherent risks. By attending classes, you agree to participate at your own risk.
Shop Pilates is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property while attending classes or on the premises.
G. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Shop Pilates reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice.
Continued use of your membership or class pack after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
