Reformer Pilates

A full-body Reformer class that balances form and flow. Expect strong, purposeful sequences with a steady (sometimes dynamic) pace — weaving in creative transitions, core control, and opportunities to challenge yourself.

Start here if you're new to reformer.
A beginner-friendly class focused on technique, body awareness, and building confidence on the Reformer. Perfect if you’re new or returning to the basics.
Reformer • For Back Pain
Build strength, find relief.
A targeted class focused on core, glute, and shoulder strength — plus mobility work to rebalance the effects of daily life, whether that’s parenting, tradie work, long hours at a desk, or anything in between. If a health professional has recommended you build core strength, this is a great place to start.
Reformer • Postnatal
Rebuild strength and reconnect with your body.
A Physio-led Reformer class focused on postnatal recovery, with an emphasis on core reconnection, pelvic stability, and postural support. Babies are welcome, but not compulsory.
Reformer • For Runners
Strength and mobility for runners.
Physio-led, targeted work to support hip, glute, core, and postural strength for stronger, injury-resistant running.
Reformer • For Life
Functional strength and balance for longevity.
A supportive class dedicated to more mature movers, focused on joint health, strength, balance and bone-density. Designed for those wanting to age strong maintain their independence, and move through life with confidence.
Reformer • Teen
A fun, low-pressure class just for teens
Move alongside other teenagers in a supportive space that’s all about feeling stronger, more connected, and more comfortable in your body. It’s giving core work, posture support, and full-body movement. No experience needed.

Reformer + Mat • Strength
Build strength that supports your life.
A joint-friendly strength training class using a combination of Reformer, Mat-based work, dumbbells, and other props. Ideal for those seeking measurable progression and muscle growth without the pain or burnout.
Mat Pilates
Mat • Full Body
Full-body movement to build strength, awareness, and space.
A strong, form-focused Mat class that builds full-body strength, control, and awareness. Expect a mix of resistance-based movement, core work, and flowing transitions, all grounded in intentional cueing.
Mat • Mums + Bubs
Supportive movement for you — a cosy spot for them.
A postnatal-friendly Mat class focused on stability, postural support, and feel-good movement. Expect a grounding pace with time to connect to your body and share space with other mums. Babies are welcome, but not compulsory.
Mat • Sensory Considerate
Sensory-aware, supportive movement.
A calm, accessible Pilates class with reduced noise and simplified transitions.
Designed with neurodivergent folks in mind, this physio-led class also supports anyone who benefits from a quieter, more spacious approach to movement — including those navigating chronic pain or fatigue.
Yoga
Vinyasa
Breath-led strength and flow.
An intentional, creative yoga practice that builds heat, strength, and presence. A dynamic class, but always with the option to rest and modify as needed.
Mellow
Slow and steady Vinyasa yoga with a touch of Yin.
Beginning with a grounded Flow, and ending with Yin, this class is low-pressure, accessible, and perfect for anyone wanting a grounding practice to settle their nervous system.
1:1 Sessions
Personalised movement to support your body and your goals.
Whether you’re managing an injury, returning to movement after a break, or simply want a deeper dive into your practice, our private sessions are tailored to meet you where you’re at. We offer:

School Bookings
We offer Reformer, Yoga or Mat Pilates sessions for high school students, school staff, or special programs.
Perfect for sports recovery, nervous system support, or simply as an enriching add-on to wellbeing programs.
Designed to be age-appropriate and inclusive
9:30am weekday spots available for term bookings
Up to 20 participants per mat session (or more if you can BYO extra mats)
We can provide info sheets for parental consent if needed
