Shipping & Pick-Up Options
We offer a $10 flat rate for Australia-wide shipping.
Orders over $150 are shipping free of charge.
Orders can be collected in the studio. Grab your order next time you’re in for a class. Not a member? No worries! Email us (hello@shoppilates.com.au) to arrange a time to swing by outside of class hours.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a refund, and up to 30 days to request store or studio credit.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging
Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, lint, and odours
How to return an item:
Email hello@shoppilates.com.au with:
Your order number
The item(s) you’d like to return
Whether you're requesting a refund (within 14 days) or Store or Studio credit (within 30 days)
Once your return is approved, you’ll need to post the item back to us (or bring it in to the studio at a pre-arranged time).
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or credit (usually within 2–3 days of receiving).
Faulty or damaged items:
If something isn’t right, please get in touch as soon as possible. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement for any faulty or damaged items.
