Nina

Nina teaches Reformer, Strength-Based Movement, and Yoga classes at Shop.
With a background in Pilates, Yoga, and Psychology, and a decade of teaching experience, Nina is passionate about using movement to build strength, awareness, and confidence.

Her teaching style is fun and approachable while remaining intentional and evidence-informed.

Nina’s focus is on supporting the whole person in front of her, helping every student feel more at home in their body and more supported in their life.

Claire

Claire teaches Reformer classes at Shop, bringing over 12 years of experience across group Reformer, clinical Pilates, and Barre.

She is passionate about creating classes that feel good, support your body and lifestyle, and encourage mindful, energising movement.

Claire’s approach is inclusive and empowering, with plenty of space for you to move in a way that works for your body.

She fell in love with Pilates at 18 and has been sharing that passion with others ever since.

Hannah

Hannah teaches our Physio-Led Reformer classes at Shop: Reformer (Running Support), Reformer (Postnatal Return), and Reformer (Neurodivergent Access).

As a qualified Physiotherapist specialising in Women’s Health, Disability, and Sports, Hannah brings an informed, supportive, and practical approach to every session.

She is passionate about empowering individuals to move safely, confidently, and sustainably through all stages of life.
